Challenge
To design a mixed use development that maximises the site in the inner Sydney suburb of Alexandria, and deliver a point of difference to other residential developments in the area.
Solution
The design creates a resort style development with 250 apartments set above the 8,500m2 local shopping complex and purpose-built medical centre.
The stylish design is centred around a sun drenched village square and plays up the existing waterway straddling the site to create a special place.
Outcome
A sophisticated mixed-use urban residential resort bringing a strong sense of community and high quality design to a growing inner Sydney area.
